Feisty Ferdy’s Silky Soap is silky, gentle, moisturizing and the only organic handmade soap I use. I have always found it a huge challenge to find something to wash with. I have dry skin. Bar soaps and liquid soaps always leave my skin feeling dehydrated, tight and a little scratchy. Silky Soap moisturizes as it gently cleans, so my skin doesn’t feel like a desert when I step out of the shower. I originally made it for my family and I, but pretty soon I was making it for everyone!

Beautifully soft and gentle, Silky Soap has a luxurious lather. It has a beautiful, happy fragrance and leaves your skin feeling clean and silky.. The new Fragrance -Free organic handmade soap has no fragrance.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Liquid soaps leave behind plastic rubbish at the end – bad for the planet! Even if the container is recyclable, the pump is not. It goes straight into landfill. Most commercial soaps contain many chemicals and additives that are not good for your skin, such as artificial fragrances, fillers, chemical colourants and nasty preservatives.

INGREDIENTS

Coconut Oil – is a luxurious oil which supports sensitive and dry skin. This oil is anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. It’s a super-moisturizer and nourishing for all skin types.

 

BEESWAX – is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. It leaves a protective barrier on the skin, soothes and moisturizes.

Australian Pink Clay  (CORAL REEF) – is rich in silica, which helps to improve skin elasticity and cellular renewal. It hydrates and tightens while gently cleansing the skin. It is lightly exfoliating and helps reduce inflammation and irritation from aggravating skin conditions such as acne. It leaves your skin silky soft and smooth and can help minimize blackheads. It is the perfect clay type for normal, sensitive and combination skin.

Australian Red Clay  (SALT SPRING SUNSET) – is rich in iron oxides and essential minerals that help promote the healing of the skin.  It is a wonderful choice for normal, dry and mature skin. This powerhouse of a clay detoxifies, hydrates, revitalizes and replenishes dull and tired complexions leaving you with soft, healthy glowing skin.

French & Australian Green Clay  (SEA GRASS) – is beneficial for ALL skin types, but especially oily, combination or acne-prone skin. It works to restore balance to the skin, extracting and soaking up any excess oils lurking within the pores that can cause acne, breakouts and general build-up and congestion. It may also aid in the repair of scars. The repairing properties make this soap ideal before, during, and after pregnancy where stretch marks are a concern.

Australian Beige Clay  (SAND DUNE) – contains multiple minerals including magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc and potassium. It tightens and smooths the skin as it gently cleanses while stimulating circulation. It helps invigorate the skin and may help to reduce the look of cellulite, leaving a toned, refreshed and youthful glow. It is suitable for all skin types, including dry and oily skin.

Geranium – has a balancing action on sebum production. It is fungicidal, antiseptic and is a wonderful cleanser for the skin.

Sweet Orange – gently uplifts and relaxes, alleviating tension and stress. It is antiseptic, aids skin cell regeneration and promotes the removal of toxins from the body.

Lavender – is a calming oil. It alleviates stress and anxiety, is an anti-depressant and relaxing. It is antibacterial, fungicidal and disinfectant. It is anti-inflammatory, soothing to the skin and helps promote new skin cell growth and healing.

Ylang Ylang – hydrates and balances the skin. It softens and moisturizes skin and improves blood circulation. It is antiseptic and promotes relaxation and calm.
