Coconut oil

Packed full of 6 essential fatty acids, this oil is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial. It provides support for sensitive skin and being rich in saturated fat, this oil is super-nourishing and moisturizing.

Avocado oil

Avocado oil is a rich, deeply penetrating oil, which is high in antioxidants and nutrients. These include, but are not limited to chlorophyll, lecithin, potassium, omega-3 and Vitamins A, B, C, D and E. Antioxidants protect against free radical damage. This improves cellular renewal and repair. Avocado oil is also brimming with nourishing fatty acids, especially oleic and palmitic acid.  Oleic acid is found in our own tissues and so is able to penetrate and nourish our skin’s lowest layer. Avocado oil also acts as both an emollient and occlusive, which means it softens the skin and locks in moisture. It is naturally anti-inflammatory and so it soothes and repairs sensitive skin.

Castor Oil

High in ricinoleic acid, this powerhouse oil forms a barrier against harsh conditions. It penetrates deeply into the skin and is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-aging. Castor oil stimulates the production of elastin and collagen while at the same time, suppressing acne-causing bacteria.

Raw Beeswax

Antibacterial and water resistant. It is high in Vitamin A, which is necessary for cell regeneration.

Jojoba Oil

The combination of fatty acids in this oil mimics our own skin’s natural sebum so closely that this ultra-nourishing, skin-smoothing oil is absorbed effortlessly.

Cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is highly antioxidant and ultra-hydrating. It consists mostly of saturated fat, so it is a natural healer for dry, cracked skin. With loads of essential fatty acids, it is absorbed easily and protects the skin for hours. Cocoa butter adds a protective layer to your lips, blocking the effects of cold temperatures and sun damage.

Non-nano Zinc Oxide

Zinc oxide is a naturally occurring mineral. It protects the skin from sun damage and it soothes irritated skin. It is not absorbed into the body.
